What would your microstock agency do . . .

If your work was reproduced on a different user’s account repeatedly over 3 days? With you reporting every single instance even with a DMCA Take Down notice?

My agency took 4 days to completely remove all my photos and close the account. The funny thing is, on the 3rd day, they had removed a few of the earlier posts but it just got re-uploaded hours later.

Any one with similar experience?

Submitting Editorial content on Shutterstock

Well, it’s been a while since I’ve uploaded editorial content. So it came as an unpleasant surprise that my lastest batch of photos were rejected on grounds of “credentials”. Here’s the write up on their page: http://www.shutterstock.com/buzz/credentials

I wonder what will happen to all those photos they have that were approved without credentials. Maybe they should redo their rejection algorithm or something or have the keyword public as a flag to have a reviewer look before rejecting.

Anyways, other sites thus far have been accepting those photos that Shutterstock declined, so I’m not too concerned, just disappointed.
